What should I do after I submit my resume or application on-line?

Please be patience. After receiving your resume or application via web site, The HR team reviews your qualifications to see if your background matches any current open positions. If current openings do not match your qualifications, your resume will be shortlisted in Sieve Software database and consider you for future openings.

Will someone at Sieve Software contact me regarding the status of my application?

What is Sieve Software recruitment process like?

If HR team determines that your work background is a strong match for the qualifications of a current opening, a member of Human Resources team will contact you to schedule an interview. Interviews are typically set up in a “panel” format, whereby candidates meet with more than one person at a time.

Depending on the position, there may be more than three rounds of interview. It does conduct reference checks, background checks, and pre-employment physicals for final candidates. How many days do you work per week?

We work Six days a week.

9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Though depending upon the project needs, your project manager may request you to stay for long hours.
